Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:
- You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To do this, log into your account on www.theboomers.in, navigate to the ‘My Account’ section, select Order and place a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- Upon successful cancellation, you will receive order cancellation email. For prepaid order the entire amount will be refunded to you using same transaction mode.

Out of Stock Items:
- If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you via email within two (2) working days. You can then choose to substitute the product with one of equal or higher value, or cancel the order for a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:
- Wrong Item Delivered:
- If you receive an incorrect item, you must provide an unboxing video as proof. Contact our customer support immediately at help@theboomers.in or WhatsApp at +918427728846 to initiate the return and refund process.
- Once the wrong item is verified upon return, we will process your refund.
Refund Conditions

Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed within 4 to 5 working days after initiating the request.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be provided in the form of a coupon code.

Coupon Code:
- The coupon code will be valid for one year and can only be used once.
Exclusions from Refund
Refunds will not be provided for the following:
- Design and Color Variations: Due to monitor settings, slight variations in color and design may occur.
- Used or Damaged Products: Products that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
- Size Fit Issues: No refunds are given for size fit issues. Please refer to our sizing guide before making a purchase.
Claiming Refunds
- Verification: Refunds will be made after we receive and verify the returned product.
- Lost in Transit: If the package is lost in transit, provide the courier slip with the AWB number for verification.
