Shipping Policy
- Order Processing: All products are shipped within 2-3 days of placing the order. Delivery details will be provided once the product is handed over to the delivery partner.
- Delivery Time: The tentative delivery period is 7-8 days, though actual times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders are processed on weekdays, Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.
- Shipping Address: Only one shipping address is allowed per order. For multiple shipping addresses, place separate orders.
- Order Modifications: Orders cannot be edited or changed once confirmed. Address change requests can be made within 6 hours of placing the order or before shipping.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make three attempts to deliver the package. If undelivered, we will be informed about the non-delivery.
- Stock and Availability: If a product is unavailable after payment, we will notify you within 2 working days and provide updates on the delay.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided upon order confirmation via email and SMS.
- Delivery Issues: For delivery-related concerns, contact our courier partners or our customer support at help@theboomers.in or WhatsApp at +918427728846 within 24 hours of the status showing delivered.
Exchange Policy
- Quality Assurance: We ensure the quality of our products and aim for complete user satisfaction. If unsatisfied, especially due to defects, we are happy to initiate an exchange.
- Exchange Requests: Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. Partial exchanges are allowed but not for breaking garment sets.
- Conditions: The product must be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with tags intact. Exchanges are allowed for products of the same price or higher, with no refunds for any difference.
- Custom Orders: Exchanges are not allowed for custom-made orders.
- Exchange Process: Contact support to place an exchange request. We will initiate a reverse pickup, subject to service availability. Properly wrap the product, keep it open for verification, and ensure it meets the exchange conditions.
- Self-Return: If reverse pickup is unavailable, self-return the product and share the courier bill/receipt for reimbursement (up to Rs. 150 per order).
- Cancellation & Refunds: Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Refunds are granted for wrong item delivery, subject to verification. Refunds are processed as coupon codes valid for one year.

- Sizing: The fit depends on the cut, fabric, and style. Review the sizing guide for the best fit.
- Color and Print Display: Colors and prints may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting during photography.
- Wash Care: Follow the washing instructions on the product tag to avoid damage.
Exclusions
- Exchange Exclusions: Merchandise must be unused, not customized, unaltered, and with price tags intact.
